Whole eggs

It has never been easier to use eggs in your cooking - you do not even have to crack the shell when using pasteurized whole eggs! Even better, whole eggs are also very usable in both the sweet and salty kitchen.

DAVA Foods offer a broad product range of pasteurized whole eggs. The whole eggs are available in different sizes and egg types - from 230 g to 5 kg and organic, barn and cage.

When eggs are pasteurized, their properties change compared to fresh shell eggs. The temperatures that eggs are exposed to affects the proteins within them and their binding ability. At DAVA Foods we therefore know just how important it is to identify the optimum temperature in the pasteurization process to ensure that the whole eggs’ properties stay as close as possible to those of fresh shell eggs – while also ensuring that the product is not a bacteriological risk factor.
