We offer several different liquid eggs products: whole eggs, yolks and whites. All our liquid eggs are pasteurized and have been subjects to heat-treatment.
All our liquid eggs products are available in different sizes spanding from 1 kg to 5 kg.
You decide whether your liquid egg products should be from organic, barn eggs or cage eggs. Whatever you choose, you can rest assured they have undergone the strictest safety measures around, because at DAVA Foods we employ strict measures to keep our products on a high food safety level – without sacrificing quality.

Whites
Egg whites are perfect to applicate in meringues, mousse, souffles or other cold or hot dishes that contain egg white.
Yolks
Egg yolks are perfect to use for desserts, mayonnaise, salads, pastries or other cold or hot dishes that contain egg yolks.
Whole eggs
Whole are very usable in sauces, gratins, pastries or other cold or hot dishes that contain whole eggs.
